HOW IT BEGAN
One question
In 2014, the founders asked a simple question: why did every business traveller in Hyderabad’s new business district have to choose between an anonymous chain hotel and a cramped serviced apartment? Trunk & Trolley in Nanakramguda was the answer — a boutique hotel built specifically for people who come to the city to work.
Twelve years
Twelve years on, that same question has produced three brands, seven open properties and a team that still owns, develops and operates every one of them in-house.
How we've grown
2014
Trunk & Trolley opens in Nanakramguda — the group’s first property.
2017
Casa Hotel launches its first extended-stay residence in the Financial District.
2019
Trunk & Trolley Gachibowli opens near the stadium and tech campuses.
2021–22
Casa Hotel expands to Jubilee Hills, Madhapur and HITEC City.
2024
Zen Convention opens as the group’s first dedicated events venue.
2026
Construction begins in Warangal and Bangalore.
2027
A Goa property is planned to open, extending the group beyond Hyderabad for the first time.
